anyway, my friend tracy from college came up yesterday and stayed overnight. she just left to head back to connecticut. i've missed her. we haven't seen each other a lot since school, but we do try to get together every now and then. :) her and her boyfriend are so on again off again, i really can't keep up. right now they're off... but... i'm sure they'll be on sooner or later. she really pines for him. and i don't know him that well, but i have to think if you put a girl through this much heartache, then he's not the one. unless she can see you through it all... and therefore she IS the one. i don't know. i just don't want her to get hurt. cause she doesn't deserve it. she's calmed down a bit too. we usta be really obnoxious and perverted together, but it was really just chill this weekend. we didn't even drink at all. which is fine with me, because that is a point adder... and i really didn't need it. i had fun anyway. we actually ate dinner at the shamrock last night. it was weird being there for dinner... without kevin and without the the girls. oh well. anyway....

so weigh in was yesterday... and i ended up losing another 1.8. woo hoo. 22.4 total! i'm rocking! i think the plan may have been slightly thwarted, though, last night, cause we ended up having cannolis at mike's pastry last night at like 10 o'clock. but if you're going to have anything to break your points.... mike's pastry is a good way to go!!! go out with the best. i'll just have to keep on walking and exercising more. no worries!

today i told my parents that i was going to go home for a little visit today. my mom has the day off, and since she usually works on the weekends, i really don't get to see her. she's making turkey... so i get to have a free and healthy dinner. that's always good. and maybe i'll actually even see new pictures of joey. i miss him. he's so cute. and almost one!

okay... i just watched the indy 500 and the gil de ferran guy won. and i guess there is some tradition where the winner drinks milk right after. and it never tastes so sweet until after you win?? what's that all about? i honestly don't have a clue. and i don't want to sound dumb, but i really don't know. oh well.

alright. that's it for me... i have a bunch of slams to deco... and sign. i'm so behind in all that. i should go, though. have a little snacky snack before din din.
