anyway, it's been a couple days since i have updated, but pretty much things are the same. the holiday season is slowly but surely approaching.

which is a good thing.

the mellon party is the 12th... so that will be good. i have the 13th off as well. so i can cure my hangover without being in work. how nice would that be. hee. i doubt that i'll get hungover though. i'm usually pretty good at things at company functions.

the rentals came over today. yippee... they didn't stay too long or say too much. which is good because there's only so much i can take of my parents criticism. it seems like they're never satisfied with anything. i don't know why. but nothing ever seems good enough for them. ah well... whatever.

i feel like i should do something today, only because i haven't yet. well. i have. i just haven't left the apartment. i always feel like a hermit when i stay inside all day.

i need to do a lot of holiday shopping. i think i figured out what i'm getting people. slowly but surely. and pretty much, i won't have to go to shopping malls. except for sue and jon, but that can be done in one day. it's not hard to get matching hat and gloves. not to each other... that would be dorky. but the matching sets. and maybe something else, like a shirt or something. ya know... basic stuff. and then i can just go to babies r us for joey.

speaking of joey, the cutest nephew in the world.... there's a really cute pic of him and me from thanksgiving. hee. he is just adorable. it's the first one of me and him. i can't wait to frame it. and show it to everyone. :)

alrightie... i'm going to go do something constructive with myself. i'm not sure what... but i'm going to do it. :)
