anyway, yeah, i'm back. as if you couldn't tell. as if i'm the only kristen in the world. and if a kristen... you'll know that you are definitely NOT the only kristen in the world. there's a lot of us. many. so many, i can't count. but anyway, i digress.

how's everyone been lately? i've been alright. things are okay. i got to see joey today, so that put a super huge smile on my face. he's so strong. he's just awesome. i love him to pieces. hopefully i will be able to see him again tomorrow at kylee's party. he'll be all the rave. :)

anyway, so guess where i hung out tonight? just guess.... yeah... barnes & noble. just call me an addict. i can't help it. there's just books. and lots of them. and people who like books. and people who sit and do work. and drink coffee. bookstores are amazing. i don't know. am i the only one that gets excited about them? i think i may. who knows. anyway... so i went there and i even wrote a little. hopefully i'll have something to submit to yellow lines this month. i wrote a little something. something that i could add a little to. we'll see. hopefully i won't get rejected, although i don't think it's really a thing that you get rejected from, ya know? so i wrote a little for that. and then lacey and alia came to join. and we sat there drinking our coffee. and i kinda gawked at this cute student guy studying in the cafe part. sorry... it's a turn on. anyway, we were sipping our coffees when laura, lacey's roommate, was over by the mags. so she came by and said hi. we ended up closing the place down. how bad of us. or good. i don't know... saturday night at a bookstore. are we geeks or something? eh... i really don't care if we are. :)

and finally last night we saw kevin again. alia and i did, anyway. i miss kevin. and i miss kevin drinks. he has got to be the best bartender, i swear. he just rocks. completely. :) he's not opening his own place until mid december. yikes. that's a while away. so... we'll see him before then. i'm going to miss that month and a half that he's not working though. i'll have to try and ween myself off. it won't be easy. it wasn't easy this past month. it just sucks when you're so spoiled with good drinks and a fantastic bartender, ya know? if you don't know... you may find out sometime. and then you'll be able to relate.

alrightie... so that's what's up in my life right now. maybe i'll have more to write tomorrow or something.
