my third... rock on

i'm back again.... this time i'm listening to one of the four cds i picked up at newbury comics today. that place is deadly... and of course i can't buy just one disc... i buy four.

i am currently listening to a perfect circle's "mer de noms". very good if i do say so myself... i was one of the many that got hooked on 3 libras and judith. so i figure the rest of the cd can't be bad... and it isn't. to give them a plug (as if they need it) go to www.aperfectcircle.com and get some more info and pics and yada yada yada.

the other cds i bought were lifehouse's "no name face" (which is great, i just finished listening to it after i watched survivor... [woo hoo kimmy's gone]), enya's "a day without rain", and 2gether's single "the hardest part of braking up (is getting back your stuff". such a cheesy buy the last one is, i know... but it was only 2 bucks and you can't really go wrong. i haven't listened to enya as of yet, but i'm sure it's nothing less than spectacular, as usual.

so the grammys... everyone watch? not as great as they should be, cause after all, they are the grammys... ya know? but ... moby was definitely the best performance, hands down. if you have a problem with that, email me... we can discuss. ha ha, just kidding. the elton/eminem thing was hyped up to be nothing. ya know?? woo hoo... they hugged at the end. a lot of people are coming down on elton for performing with eminem, and although i don't like eminem's messages and can understand why people are uneasy of elton's motives, i find it more as a strong point. as to say to eminem... "your words and music are just words, i'm here, i'm gay, i'm not backing down... and i respect your music as an artist" i could be completely wrong on that, since no one i know really agrees with that thought, but to each their own i suppose.

of course, my blurb on work... it was good... and i have even greater belief that the reason why i'm still there is cause i love my contacts.... which is pathetic, considering they're all over the us and canada. but they're cool.

so i decided to stay in tonight, even though i very well could have gone out with my roommate and his friends tonight. but my thought was "i haven't watched a full episode of survivor, i need to stay in" please tell me i'm a loser. plus i haven't really just hung out in the apt. by myself in a while. so it's nice.. sitting here listening to music.

anyway, i'm gonna go now... too much computer can kill brain cells, i swear. yada yada yada... night all.....
