anyway, today is the day after the mellon party and thankfully and VERY thankfully at that... i took the day off. i just wanted a friday off and the fact that it was a day after the party... i was ALL good.

i needed it. i still don't feel like i got any added perks or anything, though. you know. you have the day off... you sleep later, etc. i did wake up at 11, but i was up all night... either because of the heat or for getting sick or having a stuffy nose. so not fun.

drinking and having a cold don't go hand in hand. remember that.

and today is miss lacey's bday. yippee. we're going out for some snushi tonight, i believe. i can't wait. it's going to be great! as long as i don't fall asleep before hand.
