alright, so amazon.com decides to send my copy of in her shoes via ups. now, if anyone doesn't understand the concept of ups, they try to deliver and deliver until the get a response. either that, or it gets sent to the shipper. UNLESS you change the address or agree to pick it up. so, tonight, i changed it so that it will get sent to my work, hopefully. and i hope that i will be receiving it tomorrow. either tomorrow or thursday. argh. why do things have to be so difficult. ya know what i'm saying?
right now i'm on animal dreams which is proving to be very good. it was a little slow at first, but i'm getting into it. slowly but surely. i should be able to finish it this weekend. i'm hoping. and then start the miracle life of edgar mint before the end of the month. i'm trying to read two books a month. wish me luck. i read slow, so it's a challenge. gotta keep those brain waves going. ya know what i'm saying?
so stephen ended up not going to his friend's party. which meant that i sat in my room and read. for the most night. and i also did some of the crossword puzzle in tv guide. it was fantabulous. well, not really, cause i didn't finish it, but i did more in it than i have for a while.
alrightie, kids, i must get to bed because i have a mike meeting tomorrow. so i HAVE to be at work at 930. this really isn't fun.
