last night, lacey, alia and i went over miss heather's for dinner. it was quite yummy. i enjoyed it. being around friends, making yummy dinner, and trying my hardest to make a chocolate martini. it didn't turn out quite how i wanted it to... but it wasn't bad either. i was the only one that had it. ah well... i don't know. i'd rather just go out and get one from someone who is a professional. or at least a good bartender. i wonder how kevin would make martinis. i assume well, but you never know. he seems more like a beer person. heh. beer. oh well. i think the best part of last nights dinner was the salad. big fan of the salad. although all of it was nice. miss lacey is a wonderful cook. and everyone should wish that she would cook for you!

i was pretty drop dead tired so i cut out around 1am or so. followed alia back to the highway... and came home. went straight to bed and woke up at 830 or so. lounged and then decided to go to work and clear my desk a bit. i was actually somewhat in the mood, and it doesn't happen often, so when it comes, i go with it!!! yippee... cleaning. i think i did a decent job of it, too. i just need to clear up my black shelves and i'll be golden.

so now i'm just waiting for colleen to pick me up so that we can head into boston for game night at kristin's place. should be fun. i think. i should get the pictures out of my car beforehand. that would be best, don't you think?
