things just work out for the best

i am a firm believer that everything works out for the best.

my 3 concerns about the train concerts tomorrow and the next day.

1. my tickets haven't come for hartford

2. i have no one to go with me IF these tickets come even though i bought 2

3. mitchy may not be able to go to the boston show because he has strep

BUT i would just like to say that all three concerns were resolved, and i'm glad.

1. i FINALLY got ahold of the box office after being on hold for countless minutes over 3 different times. the lady (amy i think her name was) on the other end was very kind and helpful. and told me that she was going to have two tickets at the box office waiting for me and i just needed all the blah blah information with me.

2. colleen FINALLY got back to me and told me that she is able to go to the train show in hartford. so i'm thrilled on that. cause yay... someone to travel with whom i haven't seen in a year... and also someone to take the ticket that i will be picking up at the will call window.

3. i got an email from mitchy telling me that he WILL be at the boston show and is leaving west haven, ct at like 530. which may be a little late, but i'm sure i'll meet him eventually sometime that night. i just hope he has a safe trip back.

so there you have it. all three concerns were addressed in a matter of 10 minutes. for real. it all happened quick. just when i was losing hope... things pull through. it's incredible how things work like that, ya know?

so i'm excited cause i have only 6 hours left of work this week. which is a complete blessing. like you wouldn't even believe. :) so yay.. train... yay bonniy and mitchy and the other listees...

i watched battle of the bands tonight. it was pretty decent. some of the people on there are ruthless. going at nothing to sell some merch. well... good for them, i guess. maybe they could be more of team player... but it's all good. it made me want to go to a show. and then i thought, wait... i AM going to a show. YAY!!!! train!!! which may i add... they sold out the paradise. i think it's the first time that they did. but, i'm so proud of them!!!

oh, i can't wait....
