well, well, well... i actually had a decent day at work. two major things happened and they coincide with each other... first, i went to hr to pick up a job description that one of the recruiters at work told me about. it seems kinda interesting. something new at the very least, ya know? second, i told janice, my supe, that i'm looking for another job. i felt like now is the time to tell her. i was thinking about leaving for a while, but today seemed like a perfect day. it just seemed right, so i told her. and like the awesome person she is... she was very supportive and encouraged me to look at all my options.

michael and i are planning to meet on sunday. this seems right too. everything is laid out on the table. and i don't even think he's really doing my account anymore, so it's all good. sooner or later neither of us will be on sceptre. i was scared of dating a current contact. not like anything at all has happened between us, but just in case it does.

i'm listening to a perfect circle right now. i have to admit, i adore this cd. i don't really give it much credit, or play time rather, to truly appreciate it. oh well. as long as i know that i like it, i guess that's all that matters. i always want to buy cds, but i barely listen to the discs that i have, so how can i go out and buy more, ya know? oh well... i guess we'll try and figure something out, ya know?

now i'm on book 4 of harry. very happy over that fact. all of this thanks to heather, of course, since it's her books that i'm reading. i'm just hoping that lots of quidditch are in store for this one. if there's a way to play quidditch, you bet your little bum bum that i'll learn.

i picked up a copy of the most recent GQ. i don't think i've ever even looked at a GQ before, but this once caught my eye. cause who is on the cover??? yes, my future husband, ben affleck. and there's a part in the story where he says "kristen, i want you". well, okay, i lie, he doesn't. but he may be shy and not want to put his true feelings into words for everyone to read. i like that in a man. hee hee. i also bought hydrogen peroxide for the apt. cause it's good to have, and naltiques formula 2 plus. mind you i never even bought formula 2, and it says to use 2 before 2 plus, but i figure, whatever, nothing will happen to my nails.

random thought... everytime i'm talking and i say "that never happened, knock on wood..." i can never find a piece of real wood to knock on. like it's fake wood or wood looking panelling or something. i don't know. it's just odd.

or maybe i'm just odd.... who knows.
