so ... it's saturday... and what do saturdays start with? yup... you guessed it... weight watchers. i was beyond nervous this week, because not only was it easter, i also went out with my friends that night before easter and had bad food. and i had chinese food... which i had a hard time counting. anyway... through all the nervousness, i pulled through and lost an additional 1.6 pounds. woo hoo. i'm overall, i'm down 13.4. :) yippee!

i like the little things that they give out during the weeks. i think it ends at week 12, but... there's these little pamphlet things that they give to me each week. staying motivated, what eating personality you have, exercising, etc. it's just little things along the way that help you adapt yourself and your lifestyle to the plan. giving suggestions and what not. ah...

in the meeting it was mainly about why we joined. what we think vs. what we thought, etc. and the overall conclusion (which i came to once i was a week or so into it)... if you want it to work, it will work. if you want to lose weight... truly... you will. cause you'll work towards it. the drive and maintenance comes from within. only you can let yourself go... and only you can get back on track. and if you're doing it for the wrong reasons, you're going to fall off shortly. regardless of what weightloss plan you use.

so my life has come to weightloss. and i really couldn't be happier. i mean, yeah, i totally miss the foods that i usta eat and the things that i usta do... hanging in bars, etc. but i'm glad that i'm turning it all around, and doing it for me. and i'm especially glad that i'm writing it in here. WHY? because on those days when i want to fall off of it, i can look back, and read these... and realize how much it has affected me, and why i should stay on. :) it's all about ME!

anyway, i am going to be going to the movies shortly with lisa. we're seeing identity. she's so cute. she came home and was like... oh my God, you changed your room... it looks awesome. i only um... changed the decor of it. the sheets and the curtains. they're pastel-ish now. rather than the drab navy blue.

but i will letcha go... peace out.
