it has been eleven days since i have last updated. geesh. why can't i just make this consistent. i come here, check my stats... check my referalls... it's funny how people find me... "cute gay boys" got two hits in the past day. crazy, eh? and then i move onto my buddy list and read my buddie's diaries. and then i log off. for the most part. sometimes i see if anyone has added me as a buddy, but that's only if i remember.
so here i am... typing out this little entry, waiting for the new episode of soroity life to come on. yes... i will admit i'm a reality tv junky. esp. with freakin' mtv. except for real world this season... i so didn't dig the cast. but anyway... so yeah, i'm hooked on sorority and fraternity life. i just love it.
tonight i made something really yummy and healthy as well. which is double the pleasure. on a pita, i put sliced tomatoes... pieces of pre cooked chicken... roasted red peppers.. and one slice of provolone. heated that baby up and had a nice little pizza. it was so good. i can't even tell you. granted, yeah, it's my creation (with a little help from a tip in my weight watchers brochure things) but it really is good. i may have to trademark it. just kidding.
so... with the whole weight watchers thing... i'm doing pretty well with it. i lost 4.8 pounds last week. which i'm obviously happy about. i know it's not going to happen every week.. or it may not happen like that again... BUT... it is a good start... and as long as i at least start eating healthy (which i am) than i can at least feel good about myself, and my body, and what i'm putting into it. ya know? i mean, keeping close tabs on the portions of things.... can really be a pain and all.. but once i get the hang of it, i think i'll be able to have a cup of applesauce without measuring it out first. ya know?
i guess there are layoffs at work? i don't know. maybe heather can confirm that cause i'm not exactly sure. i heard thirty people were let go. well, within pitts, la, boston, and everett. so who knows. i heard a rumor of it this morning and then i heard a supe talking about it this afternoon. scary.
i feel really tired lately. like all the time. i don't know why. my heartbeat is slightly off at times and my throat is somewhat sore. it's really weird. i can't explain it. and i don't know if it's anything serious enough to bring medical attention to it. maybe i'll ask my mother about it all.
there really isn't much else to tell. at least not right now.
