dom's married. hard to believe. but i did see the wedding ring on his finger. and i saw the rings on hers. i didn't know that mellon salary can pay for that. if you like diamonds, then you'll adore the rings. i'm a pretty plain jane when it comes to that. the wedding wasn't bad. the reception was at the copley plaza hotel. i think. very nice. the food was fabulous. BUT it was a wedding that i wish i had a buzz going on at. everyone seemed to be going off on their own. greg being there didn't help at all. ugh... that boy gets under my skin like no one knows. and the thing is.... is people adore him. everyone does. even christina and alia. i find him completely and utterly annoying and immature. so... whatever. but anyway... the band was decent. although dom and jen were referred to as "jen and nick" at the beginning of the wedding. but soon nick became dom towards the middle. their first song was screwed up. it was suppose to be some tim mcgraw/faith hill song in which dom was sporting a very nice cowboy hat. looked as cute as could be. but they had some other cd in there. or something. so the band kicked in with "i'll be thinking of you and the way you look tonight". i think it's tony bennett, but i'm not sure. if it's not him... it's someone like him. :) so this made the cowboy hat dumb. so he gave it to someone else.

i spent most of my night listening to bob complain about rob. just flat out bitch. like... i don't know. he HATES rob more than anything in this world right now. cause i guess rob did something to him. or said something. i really don't know. i didn't ask. but something happen and now he despises the look of rob. so... who knows. but i do have to say. that this was the drunkest i have EVER seen bob. EVER. and i've seen him quite drunk many times. many. he couldn't even stand without falling into people. he didn't really do anything outrageously drunk which was good. but he was just on another planet. i swear. so lori and leo were going to take him home so that he could go to bed and not drive. but of course when we got back to mellon. we started talking... all of us... while bob sneaked into his car and drove off. i hope to God he made it home okay. if there is any night that i would be worried about him it would be this night.

the wedding was alright. not my favorite of the year, but it wasn't the worst either. it was just really weird. dom and jen didn't really hang out. and dom was pissed at jen by the end of the night. he was just pissed. i'm not sure why. i think cause she kept telling julie and jess that she wants to go out with us when we go out, but dom says that she can't. and dom always tells us that she is busy or something or is tired. and i overheard dom say something like "i don't even want to deal with her. she's drunk." i don't know. not a great way to start a marriage... dom needs to let loose and chill out a bit... i think.

so anyway... yeah... i think my favorite wedding this far was nancys. way back in june. i just seemed to be around great people who were nice. who knows. whatever. i shouldn't be rating weddings.

so today is laundry day and then off to waterworks in quincy. yippee. i think it's just going to be me, alia and christina. originally my friend pam from college was going... but i think she has other plans. and lacey might go...but i'm not so sure about that. she's coming back from new york today. so who knows if she'll be in the mood to go out drinking.
