canoli and eclair

i'm thinking i'm addicted to diaryland. hmm... maybe i am. oh well. i just always feel a need to post for some odd reason.

isn't it great but in a weird way when it seems like you are friends with your friends' friends? like being a primary friend rather than a secondary. having only one degree of separation. do you know what i'm getting at kids? anyway, that's what i felt like happened tonight when we went in town for dinner. i went with christa and deb (friends from college) christa's friends jamie and liz from high school, liz's fiance andy and andy's friend from work marco. ya got that? but it seemed like we were all primary friends... like not.. liz is christa's friend. liz is my friend. it was just a nice feeling, that's all. dinner was good, but my stomach didn't agree. oh well, i feel fine now. and we went to mike's pastry afterwards... to get canolis. but then i saw the word "eclair" and so i was like, yes, yum eclair. so, i got two. yummy. i already ate the chocolate chip canoli... and am saving the eclair for later. yummy yummy yummy. marco is funny too. he's kinda like a male kristen, but not. ya know? he's got that little one liner spunk thing. and i like it.

i think i just need love.

like, i was watching couples walk around and they're all like holding hands. and i was like... oh that's what i want. just the security of someone being there. someone liking you. someone caring about you. i don't ask for much... just holding hands... that's all. is that much? is that so bad?

so i got home and was like... hmm... i could do laundry now. so that's what i'm doing... laundry. how fantastic, huh? i figure i'm gonna be up anyway, so i might as well, ya know? who knows if i'll talk to michael tonight. i'm kinda hoping i do, cause i like to talk to him. we get along. that's a good thing. but he hasn't written back to my email. i'm not sure if he will. i know he was watching howard stern, but it just finished.

i got my book in the mail. the one that terri hasseler told me i may like... "the God of small things" by arundhati roy. so i got book 2 to finish or harry then 3 and 4 to read. drowing ruth that i borrowed from missy and then this book. oh, i love to read, but i think i'm addicted to the internet as well. it's bad. it's sad.

fan - freakin' - tastic!
