that's all anyone is talking about... the storm. it's going to snow forever... or from monday to wednesday anyway. and you know what???? i'm really not looking forward to it. and there's no way in hell that work is going to be closed... cause we work on the stock market schedule... and 9.99999999999999999999999999 times out of 10, the stock market is open during storms.

so i'm sure everyone is at the supermarket/convenience store getting their bread and milk. i don't really drink milk to often, so i don't see the point in going to the store and getting some. as for bread... we have two loaves. i'm sure we won't run out of it.

i'm just basically chilling out now waiting for the flakes to drop. i just hope this is all a fluke and all we get is rain. granted i'm not a fan of rain... but i'm an enemy of snow this year for some reason. can't explain it. it's just how it is.

i finished "a separate peace" and yes, heather, it's in my pocketbook, along with the 2ge+her cd, to give to you tomorrow. the book was good. i give it a thumbs up. it had a slight unexpected twist towards the end... but the book overall was very good. now this leaves me time to read harry potter. and if the lights go out... there may not be much to do... although we have enough candles all over the place that we don't have to worry. so i can just sit here and read... and do puzzles. i don't think i'll ever finish the puzzle that i am doing now. 500 pieces and very difficult. oh well.... it's a challenge.

tomorrow i meet with dave crowley and i'm pretty excited about this. i have to pump myself up, i suppose. i just hope there's some wicked awesome opportunity that comes up that i jump and and get and the rest will be history. but i'm also open to the fact that there may be NOTHING out there for me. but wish me luck nonetheless. thanks a bunch.

so i'm really jealous that my putnam contact is in jamaica right now, rather than worrying about the morning/night commute for the next 2-3 days. but i hope he's having fun and boozing it up for all of us back here in massachusetts. and he better get me a shot glass... or else i'll be very very upset.

well, that's it... i'm gonna finish my fries and my ketel one (very good vodka) and cranberry juice.

i hope i don't get snowed in!!!
