so i watched the patriot's game today. it was pretty good. it was just kinda a downer, cause i was just watching it by myself in the apartment. oh well. i guess it happens. hopefully for the super bowl... i'll be out and about.

i'm really happy that i don't have to go to work tomorrow! i feel like this weekend went by way too quick. maybe cause it did.

yesterday i went to the movies with melissa and brianne. we saw "along came polly". it was funny. but it wasn't like... fall out of your seat funny, ya know? AND... there was a part in the movie... i won't say when it happens... but there is a sign on a building saying "Mellon Bank". there's no way you could possibly miss this in the movie. is that what my raise is going to? advertisement in a ben stiller movie? argh. sometimes i can't stand what mellon does. hopefully we'll all see raises come july. either that... or i get my ass out of there.

so anyway... weight watchers was alright. i lost a pound. so that was good. my leader, i swear, loves me. she does. i'm like one of the people that she calls on. so i feel obligated to talk all the time. so i had to say something about what the meetings have meant to me or something. i'm glad that i'm such a staple in the meeting. i really am. but there are so many other people that go that have things to say and have stories. and i hope that the other people there realize that. i dunno.

today i went out to eat with my friends colleen and jen, jen's husband kevin and kristin. it was good. we went to the macaroni grill. food was good. i ended up finishing what i ordered. which wasn't bad, cause it was about 8 points. or at least that is what it said on the dottie's weightloss. :) and then colleen and i headed over to the mall to do some shopping. proudly, i did not spend a dime. phew. i need to start saving some money. i can't spend it like i use to. :) it was so good to see her again. we barely see each other, i feel. and we ALWAYS plan to be better about it. but it seems to always slip away. hopefully sometime this spring i'll at least be hosting a game night. i'm pretty excited, cause i haven't hosted one.

i'm working on my pal book for cheryl's round. it's coming along slowly but surely. i feel like i didn't leave myself enough pages to do anything. oh well. somehow i'll be able to get it all down. i hope anyway.

did i say how happy i was that i don't have to work tomorrow? if not... i am... i'm pretty damn excited!!
